Excavation · Land Clearing · Ponds — Beebe & White County Acreage

Excavation & dirt work for Beebe, Arkansas farms and acreage.

Beebe sits on US-67/167 between Searcy and Cabot — a corridor we're already working. Home to ASU-Beebe and ringed by farm and acreage ground, this is a small college town surrounded by exactly the kind of land Cox Earthworks was built for: homesite pads, long gravel driveways, stock ponds and cleared ground for the next fence line. One crew, one number, for whatever the acreage needs next.

White County farm & acreage work

A college town ringed by farm ground —
right in the middle of our corridor.

Beebe is a small town built around ASU-Beebe, and past the campus and the grain elevators it's farm and acreage country — row crop ground, cattle pasture, and the kind of 5- and 20-acre tracts where people are building a homestead instead of a subdivision lot. That buyer needs a pad cleared and cut, a driveway run a quarter mile back from the highway, maybe a stock pond dug for the cattle, and a culvert set where the driveway crosses the ditch.

We're not a Beebe company — Cox Earthworks runs out of Heber Springs, about 45 minutes down US-67/167. But this corridor isn't new ground for us. Searcy, just up the highway, is one of our shortest hauls. And our commercial project list already runs this same road: the Cabot Emergency Hospital and PrimeCare — Sherwood jobs sit on this stretch of 67/167, references furnished on request. Beebe is the town in the middle of ground we already work.

What that means for an acreage owner here: a licensed commercial crew with its own dozers, excavators and trucks, mobilization quoted honestly up front, and one contractor for the clearing, the pad, the driveway and the pond instead of four separate calls.

Beebe questions, straight answers

Excavation in Beebe —
what folks ask.

Do you travel to Beebe, and what does mobilization cost?

Yes. Beebe is about 45 minutes from our Heber Springs shop — a shorter drive than our trip to Cabot. We haul our own equipment on our own trucks and quote mobilization up front as part of the bid, so there's no surprise travel charge on the invoice. Our 8-hour minimum makes it efficient to get a full day of work done on one trip out.

What does a gravel driveway cost in Beebe?

Tri-axle aggregate loads start at $400 — material and hauling together — within 30 miles of our Heber Springs shop. Beebe sits just past that radius, so a modest mileage charge gets added to the load price. We quote it honestly up front before any gravel moves, the same way we do for every acreage driveway we run.

Can you build a pond on my acreage?

Yes. Ponds start at $10,000 for the dirt work — cored, keyed and compacted to hold water. If the site needs clearing first, that's priced separately on top of the pond number. Stock ponds and homestead ponds on White County acreage are core work for us.

Can you clear my land outside Beebe?

Yes. Land clearing starts at $5,000 per acre. Distance from our shop and the size and density of the timber move that number up or down. This is everyday work for the farm and acreage ground around Beebe — clearing a homesite pad, opening a fence line, or taking out brush along a driveway.

Are you licensed for water and sewer lines, not just dirt work?

Yes. Our Arkansas license #3287-C carries both Highway/Railroad/Airport Construction and Underground Piping, Cable, Trenching & Boring classifications. A lot of dirt-only outfits can't legally run water, sewer or drainage lines — we can, on the same crew that clears and grades your site. See utility trenching & boring.
